What should I do if the person my animal is being passed to does not have internet access so cannot add new registered keeper details online?

Please initiate a transfer of keepership via your account page and then advise the new keeper to contact us on 01279219777 Monday - Friday 9-5pm.  We will be able to complete the transfer over the phone with them.
