If you select our premium subscription you are agreeing to an annual subscription fee that will auto-renew unless cancelled no less that 7 days prior to your renewal date. When expired your account will from a premium account to a basic account.

If you intend on adding more than one pet to your account or are likely to move house, change your mobile number, or leave your pet with a temporary carer, we recommend that you upgrade to a Subscription account for just £16.95.
By law, dogs must be microchipped and registered with their keepers’ contact details, these details must be kept up to date.
New legislations states that from 10th June 2024, cats must be microchipped before they reach 20 weeks of age. They must also be registered with their keepers’ contact details; these details must be kept up to date. Failing to comply can result in a £500.00 fine.
