Animal Tracker registration for dogs
Collar tags are delivered within 5-7 working days from the date the details for engraving are confirmed. They are dispatched by our engravers via Royal Mail.
If you have not received your order within 7 working days please first log in to your account, to find your collar tag order details. Click on the link to view the order details and make sure you have ticked the box [pictured below], on the order details page.
If you did confirm your collar tag details and have still not had the delivery after 7 days please send us an email to petownersupport@animaltracker.co.uk and we will investigate.

The Control of Dogs Order 1992 mandates that any dog in a public place must wear a collar with the name and address (including postcode) of the owner engraved or written on it, or engraved on a tag.
