How does a Vet practice, Police, Welfare organisation or Animal Warden apply for look up rights for microchips registered on Animal Tracker?

Please create an account on Animal Tracker by clicking here and selecting the appropriate option.  

You will then be sent an email with a verification code to use.

Within 72 hours we will inform you via email that your account has been verified, or if not then will contact you with the reason why we cannot proceed.  To make this process easier, please ensure that the details you enter are easily verifiable and linked to the organisation, i.e. an official email address and phone number, rather than personal contact details.

In order for a Welfare organisation to have look up rights, a charity number would normally be required.
